Chi Gung or QiGong is an ancient Chinese martial practice that encapsulates three vital health elements namely mind, body and spirit.


Through a series of physical movement practices combined with specific breathing exercises and muscular relaxation and tension the practitioner becomes energised and attains a physical and mental well-being.


Qigong qi gong, chi kung, chi 'ung, or chi gung (simplified Chinese) equates in translation to “life-energy cultivation” is a system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial-arts training.


With roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, qigong is traditionally viewed by the Chinese and throughout Asia as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (pronounced approximately as "chi" or "chee"), translated as "life energy".


At 108 you will be taught through very detailed and specific movement patterns and exercises the way to develop chi for the benefit of your physical health and mental well-being as well as the martial applications of these movements and forms.
